Park in the spots marked for patients and enter at the FRONT of the Atlantic Health Building. We are located on the 4th floor above the Atlantic Health Rehabilitation Center.
Please take the FRONT elevators to the fourth floor and have a seat in the waiting area. You can ask the receptionist to alert us to your arrival or text us! We will come and get you.

Park in the front of the building and come up the stairs and turn right. We are located in the last office at the end of the hall.
