MST was begun with the goal of sharing knowledge amongst peers in order to achieve better outcomes and to help therapists avoid burnout. We collaborate on patient care and this makes all the difference to our patients and to us as therapists. It is a very nice place to work. We hire therapists who “get it”. We tend to hire people who are self-starters AND who know how to take advantage of collaboration.

Therapists are expected to sign our employee handbook and therapist training manual. In-house professional development includes 4x yearly meetings with fellow staff, CPR training, HIPAA training, Department of Developmental Disabilities training, and more. NJ sick time benefits policy.
